ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Country Manager will be responsible for the success of the company by effectively overseeing day to day aspects of the business. He/She will be working closely with the company’s top management to define strategic and operational initiatives by which the company can scale up and then bring to bear resources in the company’s ecosystem to promote strategic initiatives for growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Manage day-to-day aspect including all people & performance, financial and general office management concerns
• Foster collaboration throughout the organisation, especially with different support functions of the company to ensure that the company goals are met
• Proactively interact with managers in the company to ensure productive engagement and teamwork
• Develop teams into a high-performing workforce with a strong sense of unity and a definitive desire to deliver
• Put focus on understanding what drives and motivates the workforce and consistently iterating solutions to address matters
• Maintain a culture of teamwork, achievement, accountability and outcome focus
• To maintain existing good business relationships with company clients and business partners
• Ensure that company workforce adapts the business model and maintain cultural relevance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agency guidelines and standards that the company needs to meet
• Contribute to the overall global success of our company

YÊU CẦU CHUYÊN MÔN

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA or other relevant field, strongly preferred
• 10 years’ or more experience in management in international business setting
• Knowledgeable in country local labor laws and politics
• Shows strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in coaching and training
• Proven ability to motivate others and develop strong relationships with staff at all levels.
• Fluent in both local and English language
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
• Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills
• Decisive, portrays integrity and committed
• A natural leader who inspires and motivates those around them
